ABOUT AUDREY
HI, I'm AUDREY ROSE
When I first started, I did what so many of us do. I hired a business coach, and she told me to leave the spiritual stuff out and go with the business stuff, because it's easier to sell. So for ten years I led with the systems, the strategy, the funnel tech, all of it. I was an executive assistant, then an online business manager, building other people's launches and running other people's funnels, and I was good at it.
And I was more successful when I was blissfully unaware. The strategy worked well enough when I didn't know any better, when I was medicated and moving and not really feeling any of it. Then I got off the antidepressants, and the veil lifted. I could finally see what was actually there. I was unhappy, burnt out, and resentful. The frequency I was holding was flow blocking me, and somewhere in there I realized this is not it. This is not what I'm supposed to be doing.
So I started connecting to myself instead. I created a completely new way to meditate, the Embodied Inner Temple Practice, my own method for channeling my higher self, my soul self. Now everything I make is a co-creation with her.
It was a process to get here.
When I first started connecting, I didn't know if I could trust what was coming through. I wondered if I was making it up. But I had unwavering faith that I was going to do this a different way, that I was going to connect to the soul of my business and create my offers and my whole business from that connection. Before the spiritual work, I had launch flop after launch flop after launch flop, launching from scarcity, a lot of it the same stuff I was telling clients to do, because it was all I knew.
What changed everything was this. I am not here to outsource my knowing to someone else's strategy. I am here to co-create it with my soul self. Once I started doing that, I knew what was in the offer, I knew how it wanted to be received. There was a launch where I had everything ready and the offer kept telling me not yet, not yet, it's not time. Then one morning in my meditation she said okay, it's time. So I rallied the emails and the social media and I sent it.
That is what it's like to run your business from connection, surrender, and faith. So much of this work is getting free of the old programming, the conditioning that tells us to hand our strategy to someone else.
