ABOUT AUDREY
HI, I'm AUDREY ROSE
For a long time, I knew how to build a business. I knew systems, strategy, funnels, launches, technology, and everything happening behind the scenes. I spent years as an executive assistant and online business manager, building other people's businesses and helping other women bring their visions to life.
I was good at it. And for a while, I believed that being good at it meant I was on the right path.
I had learned to follow the strategy, follow the blueprint, follow what the experts said would work. I launched, I built, I worked, and I kept moving. Beneath all of it, though, there was a growing feeling that something deeper was asking for my attention.
My own journey through depression, burnout, disconnection, and some of the darkest seasons of my life eventually led me to meditation. What began as a practice became a doorway back to myself. In the stillness, I finally had space to hear what existed beneath all the noise and reconnect with a part of myself I had spent years looking outside of myself to find.
At first, I questioned whether I could trust what was coming through. I wondered if I was really hearing my Soul Self or simply creating the answers I wanted to hear. Still, something within me kept drawing me deeper. As I continued practicing, the connection became clearer, more tangible, and more familiar. I began to recognize what it felt like in my body when something was true for me.
That connection eventually began changing the way I created in my business.
Instead of reaching outside myself for the next strategy, the next offer, or the next answer, I began asking what wanted to come through me. I developed the Embodied Inner Temple Practice, my own meditation and channeling method for connecting with my Soul Self, and began using that connection as the foundation for my business.
I had experienced plenty of launches that didn't work, often because I was creating from scarcity and following the same strategies I was teaching my clients. Once I began creating from connection, everything started to feel different. I could sense what belonged in an offer, how it wanted to be delivered, and when it was actually ready to be shared.
There was one launch where everything was prepared. The emails were written, the offer was ready, and I was waiting for the right moment to open the doors. During meditation, I kept receiving the same message: not yet. So I listened. Then one morning, the answer changed. Now.
I opened the doors.
That experience became a living example of what I now teach: your business can be built through connection, surrender, and faith while still having all of the structure and strategy required to bring your vision into the physical world.
Today, I see my work as a co-creation between my human self and my Soul Self. The strategy and the systems still matter. The funnels still get built. The offers still need structure. What has changed is where I begin.
I begin within.
And that is why I feel like I won the lottery of soul missions.
I get to spend my life helping women remember who they are, reconnect with their own inner knowing, embody who they are becoming, and create businesses that become expressions of their soul missions.
I get to help women discover the connection that changed everything for me. And honestly, I can't imagine a greater gift.
