Why I Created The Embodied Offer Method
So many women I speak with have an idea for a course, a membership, or a healing experience they’d love to bring to life. They can feel how much they want to share it, and they’re looking for guidance on how to bring it to life.
I created The Embodied Offer Method to walk you through that process. We begin by connecting with your Soul Self and then the Soul of Your Business, then explore who your offer serves, what you’ll help them experience, and how it all comes together. You’ll have space to ask questions, develop your idea, and trust your own guidance as you create.

The Embodied Offer Method brings together the spiritual connection and practical guidance that help you create work you feel deeply connected to. Your gifts, your experiences, and the things you love sharing all have a place here as you discover how they come together in your offer.
Through eight journeys, I’ll guide you into your Inner Temple to explore your gifts and receive insight about what you’re here to create. You’ll use what comes through to clarify your offer, listen to the people you want to serve, develop your signature method, and choose the format, pricing, and support that fit your work.
Each journey includes a Journey Book for your spiritual exploration and a Strategy Book to help you put your insights into practice. Alongside the guided meditations and exercises, we’ll meet live so you can ask questions and receive support as your offer takes shape.
By the end, you’ll have a clearly developed offer, language to share it, and a plan for how you’ll welcome and support your clients. It’s the foundation for bringing your idea to life as an expression of your soul mission.

Through guided meditation and reflection, explore the offer you feel called to create. You’ll clarify who it’s for, the transformation it supports, and what’s included, then give it a name and write a clear offer statement.

& Listening
Connect with the people you want to serve through conversations, questions, and thoughtful listening. You’ll gather their real words, desires, and challenges and use what you learn to refine your offer and messaging.

Signature Method
& Golden Thread Method
Identify the Golden Thread connecting your gifts, experience, and the transformation you guide. Map your signature method and choose your offer’s format, length, pricing, deliverables, and boundaries.
Journey 7
Soul-Aligned Messaging & Invitation
Find language that helps people understand your work and recognize themselves in your offer. You’ll explore what supports you in being seen, develop your content pillars and offer invitation, and use templates and a content calendar to plan what you’ll share.
Journey 8
Embodiment & Integration
Practice stepping into your role as the woman who leads this experience. You’ll map how clients join, feel welcomed, and receive support, including your onboarding messages, communication boundaries, and opportunities for reflection and integration.
