1. Membership Access

The Inner Temple is offered as a recurring monthly membership with three levels of access.

Activate Membership

• Access to the Activate curriculum

• Community access

• One live coaching call each month

Create Membership

Includes everything in Activate, plus:

• Access to the complete Business Alchemy Operating System™

• Two live coaching calls each month

Expand Membership

Includes everything in Create, plus:

• Three live coaching calls each month

• Additional coaching, implementation, and support opportunities as offered inside the membership

Members receive access only to the content, resources, trainings, coaching sessions, templates, downloads, and materials included in their selected membership tier. Membership content may evolve over time as The Inner Temple grows.

Members may upgrade their membership at any time.

If you choose to downgrade your membership, access to higher-tier content will be removed at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Billing

Membership fees are billed automatically every month using the payment method provided during checkout.

Your membership renews automatically unless canceled before your next billing date.

By joining The Inner Temple, you authorize The Embodied Creator to charge your payment method for all recurring membership payments until your membership is canceled.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

To avoid being charged for the following month, your membership must be canceled before your next billing date.

Once your current billing period ends, your membership access will automatically expire unless you renew.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this membership and the immediate access provided to trainings, templates, downloads, community resources, coaching, and other digital materials, all membership payments are final.

No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Monthly membership payments

• Partial months

• Forgotten cancellations

• Failure to use the membership

• Missed coaching calls

• Personal schedule conflicts

If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.

5. Community Guidelines

The Inner Temple is intended to be a safe, respectful, and supportive community.

By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with kindness and respect.

• Honor the privacy and confidentiality of other members.

• Respect differing beliefs, backgrounds, and spiritual perspectives.

• Participate without harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behavior.

• Refrain from unsolicited promotions, spam, or selling to other members unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior negatively impacts the community or violates these guidelines.

Memberships terminated for violations of these guidelines are not eligible for refunds.

6. Live Coaching Calls

Certain membership levels include live coaching sessions.

By participating in any live coaching call, you consent to your voice, video, name, and questions being recorded.

Recordings may be shared with other members inside The Inner Temple.

Recordings will be made available whenever possible; however, recordings are not guaranteed.

In situations where confidential, personal, or sensitive information is shared during a coaching session, we reserve the right to withhold, edit, or remove the recording to protect the privacy of those involved.

Attendance at live coaching calls is optional.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided inside The Inner Temple remain the exclusive intellectual property of Audrey Rose and The Embodied Creator.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Embodied Inner Temple Journeys

• The Embodied Offer Method

• The Business Alchemy Operating System™

• Videos

• Audio recordings

• Guided meditations

• Trainings

• Templates

• Workbooks

• Worksheets

• Checklists

• Swipe files

• Downloads

• Graphics

• Frameworks

• Community content created by Audrey Rose

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute any materials.

• Share your login credentials.

• Upload membership materials to another platform.

• Replicate, teach, or present these methods as your own.

• Sell, license, reproduce, or redistribute any content contained within The Inner Temple.

Unauthorized use of membership materials may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund and may result in legal action.

8. Soul Intelligence™ Disclaimer

The Inner Temple teaches intuitive, spiritual, and personal development practices intended to support creativity, business development, and personal growth.

Nothing provided within The Inner Temple constitutes medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.

Members are encouraged to use their own discernment and seek qualified professional guidance whenever appropriate.

9. Results Disclaimer

Every business and personal growth journey is unique.

While many members experience greater clarity, stronger offers, increased confidence, and meaningful business growth, individual results will vary.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Income

• Revenue

• Sales

• Audience growth

• Business success

• Launch results

• Client enrollment

Your success depends upon your own implementation, consistency, experience, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

10. Membership Availability

The Inner Temple is a living membership that will continue to evolve.

From time to time, we may add, update, improve, replace, or retire trainings, resources, templates, coaching opportunities, bonuses, or community features in order to better serve our members.

Membership content may change without prior notice.

11. Membership Pricing

Membership pricing may change in the future.

Members who join under a Founding Member rate or another promotional lifetime pricing offer will retain that pricing for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.

If your membership is canceled, expires due to failed payments, or you choose to rejoin at a later date, the current membership pricing will apply.

12. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, access to your membership may be suspended until payment has been received.

Repeated failed payment attempts may result in cancellation of your membership.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audrey Rose, The Embodied Creator, and The Inner Temple shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the membership or your use of any materials, resources, coaching, or content provided.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
